Planet Loving Global Wellness

The clearest statement of what digital-first global brand unification means when it is done at full scale — architecture, language, platform and shelf all held to a single standard across ninety countries.

Himalaya — from the Alma Mater reel

In Thirty Seconds

The largest engagement in the house. Brand unification for a wellness company trading in more than ninety countries — one system carried across five hundred-plus SKUs and eight categories, five thousand-plus multilingual pages on Shopify and Sitecore, the marketplace shelves of South East Asia and India, a premium launch into the Global North, and packaging for the Middle East.

The Situation

Eight categories, one name. Personal care, baby care, pharma, ayurveda, wellness, mom care, animal care and pet care are not one audience but eight — and each of the ninety-plus countries the house trades in reads all eight differently. The mandate was unification: one brand system, legible everywhere, without flattening the market knowledge that built it.

Unification at that size is settled digitally. It lives on thousands of pages in the reader's own language, on two platforms with different rules, and on marketplace shelves where the brand does not control the frame around it. The work therefore ran as one system across all three, rather than as a guideline document sent downstream and hoped for.

Work of This Kind

The pattern transfers. The answer never does.

If this is close to the question in front of you, the next step is a conversation rather than a proposal — forty-five minutes to understand where you are and whether we are the right partners for where you want to go.
